Shipping policy
We know you want your Astro·Dog pieces in your hands fast. Here’s how shipping works, what “processing” actually means for print-on-demand, and what to expect from delivery.
How Shipping Works (Print-on-Demand)
After you place an order, your item is made specifically for you. We send your order details to our production and fulfillment partners (including Printful and Printify and their fulfillment networks). They print/prepare your item, pack it, and ship it directly to your delivery address.
Where We Ship
- Astro·Dog ships internationally with a focus on the United States.
- Checkout will confirm whether we currently ship to your location.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free. (No minimum order.)
Order Processing Time (Production)
Because most items are made to order, your order needs production time before it ships.
- Most products: typically 2–5 business days to produce
- During peak periods: production may take longer (we’ll keep you updated)
Delivery Time (Transit After Shipping)
Delivery time starts after your item has shipped.
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipping
- Other international destinations: typically 5–15 business days after shipping
- Remote areas may take longer
You’ll see the best available estimate at checkout and/or in your shipping confirmation.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different locations. That means:
- you may receive multiple packages
- packages may arrive on different days
- tracking may be provided per package
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Prices are shown in USD and do not include applicable taxes (if any).
Depending on your country/state and shipping destination, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These fees are charged by your local authorities and are not included in our prices or controlled by Astro·Dog.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to replace it for free.
