Astro·Dog is a premium zodiac-inspired lifestyle brand for people who love meaning, design, and their dogs. We create apparel and home pieces with subtle cosmic symbolism — and a few matching options for humans and dogs.

Oliver is our Border Collie and the face of Astro·Dog. He’s the muse behind Oliver’s Star Guide and our reminder that the bond is the point.

3) Where are you based?

Astro·Dog is operated by NO BORING SHOPS L.L.C-FZ in Dubai, U.A.E. Our products are produced and shipped by fulfillment partners depending on the item and destination.

4) Where are your products made?

Most items are made to order (print-on-demand). Production location varies based on the product and your shipping address.

5) What do you sell?

We offer made-to-order lifestyle products such as tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, totes, mugs, and selected dog pieces like bandanas and bowls (availability may vary by region).

6) How can I contact you?

7) How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart on the product page before ordering. Because most items are made to order, we can’t offer exchanges for wrong sizes.

8) How should I wash apparel?

Follow the care instructions on the product page/label. As a general rule: wash cold, inside out, and avoid high heat to protect the print.

9) Are colors and print placement exactly the

same as on my screen?
Slight variations can happen due to screen settings and the production process. Small placement differences are normal for print-on-demand.

10) Do you restock items?

Most products are made to order, so “restock” usually isn’t a thing. Some drops or limited designs may be time-limited.

11) Where do you ship?

We ship internationally with a focus on the United States. Checkout will confirm availability for your location.

12) Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders (USD).

13) How long does shipping take?

Two parts matter:

• Production (made to order): typically 2–5 business days
• Transit (after shipping): US typically 3–7 business days, international typically 5–15 business days

You’ll get tracking once your order ships.

14) When does “delivery time” start?

After production is finished and your item is handed to the carrier. In other words: production first, shipping second.

15) Will I get tracking?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking by email when available. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

16) Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Items may be produced in different facilities and shipped separately. That’s normal for POD.

17) Can I change or cancel my order?

Maybe — only if production hasn’t started. Email us immediately at hello@astrodog.store with your order number. Once production starts, changes/cancellations usually aren’t possible.

18) What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email hello@astrodog.store within 30 days of delivery and include photos. If it’s a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

19) What is your return policy?

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns/exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. We only refund/replace for defects, damage, or incorrect items (with photos, within the claim window). See Refunds & Returns Policy.

20) Do I have to pay customs/import fees?

Depending on your country/state, you may be charged import duties or local taxes by your authorities. These aren’t included in our prices and aren’t controlled by Astro·Dog.

21) What are your collections?

Our collections include Sign Stories, Cosmic Bond, Celestial Companion, Oliver’s Star Guide, and Astral Notes.

22) Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Sometimes. The best way to get early access is to subscribe to email updates (and you can unsubscribe anytime).

23) Can I suggest a design or product?

Yes. Email hello@astrodog.store with your idea. If it fits the Astro·Dog universe, we’ll consider it for a future drop.
